Our Complaints Procedure
We want nothing more than to make our customers happy with the service we provide and the holidays we sell. As such, we take all complaints we receive incredibly seriously and will do all within our power to rectify any problems you face.
If you have reason to complain about the service you received while on one of our holidays, or about the service we provided you with, please contact our dedicated travel consultants in Shrewsbury as soon as possible. We will then acknowledge your complaint and work to find a resolution as soon as possible, to make sure your holiday is not negatively affected.
